About The Brewery

About The Brewery

Wooden steamer and Japanese kettle are used to produce good steamed rice, and the process of handling kakemai rice takes a lot of time and effort to loosen it well, and the same care is taken from junmai daiginjo to junmai-shu. All sake is unfiltered and made without charcoal.
