Takachiyo

Takachiyo Sake Brewery mills its own rice using in-house and contract rice milling machines to ensure “careful and safe rice production”. The company has three brands: “Houjun Mujin Takachiyo,” “59Takashiyo,” and “Takachiyo,” but ‘Takachiyo’ is a “slightly more advanced” sake due to its particular manufacturing process. It is designed to be enjoyed in collaboration with food.
