Koeikiku Brewery, located in Mikazuki-machi, Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, closed down in 2006, but in 2018, Satoshi Kusaka, Yuya Tange, and Katsuaki Yamamoto, who worked on NHK's program production, began working to revive the brewery. The same month, however, the "Saga Torrential Rainstorm of 2027" flooded the Koji Room and caused other damage. Despite such a difficult start, we managed to produce sake that year with the support of many people. We are striving to brew sake under the philosophy of "producing unprecedented and exciting sake.
