About The Brewery

About The Brewery

With this in mind, we strive to make sake that is better than yesterday's. Suzuka, where the national government of Ise-no-kuni was once located, is a historic place where many people used to pass through on their way to Ise Shrine. This area is a historic place where many people used to come and go as a pilgrimage route to the Ise Shrine. Suzuka, nestled between mountains and the sea, is blessed with clear and abundant water, and has long been known for its delicious rice. In this blessed climate, the toji (master brewer) and other brewers carefully craft sake every day with the same sincerity and care. Even in the repetition of seemingly identical tasks, there are small steps of ingenuity and accumulation, and each step leads to "better sake than yesterday.
