Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo Sake This Sake reflects the Niigata style while is a general soft body with a slight dryness and well balanced on the palate. It finishes with a light fragrance and sweetness, smooth and very approachable for meals with sashimi and lightly salted cuisines. 100% of sake rice "Gohyakumangoku" cultivated under contract with a local farmer is used.It is a pure rice Ginjoshu that has a light taste and becomes delicious as you drink it.
