Junmai Daiginjo KYURYU
Junmai Daiginjo Sake
Tatenogawa Kyuryu is a Junmai Daiginjo named after the Mogami River, which reaches the Sea of Japan at Sakata and is one of the three most rapid rivers in Japan, as an entry model for highly refined Japanese sake.
This sake was created to break away from the common belief in the sake industry that a rice polishing ratio of 35% is the highest and aim for a higher level.
As a junmai daiginjo brewery, our pursuit of the possibilities of sake rice has produced a sake with an extraordinary sense of quality.
As well as being a highly accomplished sake on its own, it is also an excellent food sake that makes light dishes such as caprese and various marinades taste even better.
