About Takagi

Takagi Brewery is located in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. It was founded in 1615 and has a history of over 400 years, making it one of the oldest breweries in Yamagata. The brewery is very secretive and has no official website or media to communicate with the public.

14 generations is internationally renowned and has been awarded by IWC for 15 consecutive years. But the production of each sake is extremely rare, and it is often impossible to buy it with money, and the gorgeous fruit aroma and rich layers are like a myth!

Aroma characteristics.

The gourmets who have drunk it all say: Asahi Eagle and 14 generations of the original Maru quality does not differ, using the original version of the release in addition to the fresh pears, peach juicy taste, there is the fragrance of white flowers.
