Pre-Order Questions

Pre-order refers to the behavior of purchasing sake (Mostly Limited or not available in Singapore) in advance through pre-order or pre-payment before the products are listed.

Pre-order allows consumers to purchase desired sake in advance, Catering to special needs or tastes.

The refund process for pre-order products is the same as that for ordinary sake. Consumers can operate according to the merchant's refund policy.

All pre-order are directly sent from Japan to Singapore. The arrival time of pre-order sake is usually within 10 working days.

We will send confirmation after you make the payment. Once confirm your order, it cannot be cancelled.

You only need to order a minimum of two bottles, either 300ml, 720ml or 1800ml.
