By improving the blend of raw materials, we have achieved a flavor that allows you to feel the gorgeous fragrance and fullness of flavor that is characteristic of plum wine.
By changing the alcohol content to 16%, we aimed for a flavor that can be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda.

Plum wine (made with 100% domestic plums) aged in a roasting barrel*1 is mixed with grain whiskey that has been further aged in a plum wine barrel*2. In addition to the fragrant aroma and rich, full-bodied flavor that comes from the roasting barrel, you can enjoy a soft, long aftertaste.
*1 :Old whiskey barrels that have been roasted (the inside is slowly heated over time with flames or far-infrared rays). This makes it easier to extract the barrel's aromatic components during storage.
*2: Old whiskey barrels that have been used to age plum wine. The stored sake takes on the aroma and flavor of the plum wine.

This plum liqueur is made by roasting the inside of an old whiskey barrel, slowly aging the plum liqueur, and then blending it with carefully selected grain whiskey that has been aged in the plum liqueur barrel and fragrant malt whiskey.
You can enjoy the layered aroma of the roasted barrel-aged plum liqueur and the multiple whiskeys, as well as the deep, long, luxurious aftertaste.
