About The Brewery

About The Brewery

The president Yoshihiro Miyamori and his classmate Takehisa Yamaguchi make "Collage", The younger brother, Yamato Miyamori, and his classmate, Motoki Ichida, make "Aizu Miyazumi". Both brothers are pursuing the ideal sake brewing with their classmate partners. The brewery produces sake in the Aizu Basin, which has the hottest climate for rice cultivation and sake brewing, with hot summers and bitterly cold winters. In our constant pursuit of improving the quality of our sake, we are constantly striving to improve the environment of the entire brewery, including the water quality, temperature, production environment, storage environment, and other details.
