About This Shochu

Juyondai represents the pinnacle of Japanese Sake, permanently ranked No.1 in SakeTime. This is one of the two Shochu  it produces. Using only rice, no other grains gives it a clarity. Distilled only once, this Juyondai Shochu retains a profound amount of aroma and complexity of the gensu.

Shochu has zero purine and zero carbohydrates, so health-conscious people can enjoy drinking it, while rice shochu is close in flavour to sake and is recommended for sake lovers.

The brewery is also famous for its sake. It has a mellow aroma like ginjo sake that has been stored and matured for a long time, and a deep, unctuous taste that is superb.
