This special Kubota sake is made with natural a yeast starter of the Yamahai technique. This distinctive Kubota dry tanrei-karakuchi sake has a harmonious, deep umami flavor, making it the perfect accompaniment to a range of dishes.
Polishing Rate: 50% Niigata-produced Gohyakumangoku rice with 33% for locally sourced Niigata rice.
