Sensory description
Intense and bright ruby ​​red, rich and intensely spicy on the nose, with notes of ripe cherry jam, tobacco and black pepper. Elegant and full-bodied on the palate, with soft and silky tannins and a long persistence.
Pairings
Suitable for land-based dishes, it is excellent with boiled, braised and grilled red meats.

Vinification and Aging
Fermentation in steel barrels for about 15 days. Refermentation on the Amarone marc for about 12/13 days. Aging for at least 18 months
