- A valid photo ID showing you are 18 or over may be required on delivery.
The details
Receiving your order
Orders are packed with care to protect glass in transit. Someone aged 18 or over should be available to receive alcoholic items and present ID if requested.
If no one is available, our courier will attempt to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
Returns & replacements
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact order support within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
For reasons of safety and compliance, alcoholic products cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty.
