The terms that govern your use of the Saketime website and the purchase of products from us in Singapore.

Eligibility and age
Saketime sells liquor and related products intended only for persons aged 18 and above in Singapore. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm and declare that you are 18 years of age or older.
It is an offence for persons under 18 to buy liquor. We may decline or cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably verified.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors or suspected misuse.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and may change without notice. Any applicable delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Delivery
We deliver across Singapore. Delivery windows and any fees are shown at checkout based on your address and order. An adult aged 18 or above must be present to receive any order containing liquor.
Cancellations and returns
If something is not right with your order, contact us promptly and we will make it right in line with applicable law. Certain products may be non-returnable once opened for reasons of safety and quality.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saketime is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the products, save for rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
