Description
Sensory description
Intense and bright ruby red, rich and intensely spicy on the nose, with notes of ripe cherry jam, tobacco and black pepper. Elegant and full-bodied on the palate, with soft and silky tannins and a long persistence.
Pairings
Suitable for land-based dishes, it is excellent with boiled, braised and grilled red meats.
Origin:
Conca d'oro Cru vineyards, in the hilly area of Valpolicella Classica.

70%, Rondinella 25%, Corvinone 5%
Vinification and Aging
Fermentation in steel barrels for about 15 days. Refermentation on the Amarone marc for about 12/13 days. Aging for at least 18 months
in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels. Resting for 6 months in the bottle.
