All the Omachi rice is grown healthily and without pesticides in the company's own fields, which have been passed down from generation to generation by the Hashiba family of the Izumihashi Brewery.
All rice and sake production is handmade, the raw materials are rice, and all water is locally produced in Ebina.
Itsumihashi is now the brewery in Kanagawa that best expresses the terroir.
