Akishika Kimoto Junmai Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake Japanese Sake 720ml 17%

About This Sake

A popular item of "Oishi Katsu", which is said to be the hottest in Akishiki! I imagined a gorgeous dry sake with a mellow and sharp taste, but Akishiki's "dry" sake is not only spicy, but also has a rich flavor with the sweetness of rice and the flavor of malt, without any unpleasant taste. When you take a sip, the taste spreads first, and on top of that, the unique acidity of Qiushi creates a wonderful sharpness.

Nose, a mountain village surrounded by the Hokusetsu mountain range in the northernmost part of Osaka Prefecture, is a place where the harsh cold of winter tempers the quality of the sake. Utilizing the experience of both rice farming and sake brewing that has been going on for 120 years since the company was founded, it has been 20 years since it shifted to a chateau style of sake brewing that starts with rice farming. It produces only flavorful pure rice sake using high-quality sake rice harvested from its own fields and 25 hectares of fields contracted with farmers in the neighboring town.
