Intense ruby red, tending towards garnet with maturation.

The aromas are deep and persistent: aromas of fleshy fruit, blackberries, blackcurrants and cherries together with notes of licorice and graphite. Light balsamic hints complete the aromatic picture of great complexity and persistence.

Austere and elegant, with a strong impact and great taste progression, with a firm and decisive character marked by very fine, soft and round tannins. It closes long with very pleasant fruity returns.
