The Truth of Nature We are sincere about nature's bounty and respect the principles of nature, We pursue the deliciousness that can only be brewed in Kagoshima, a region blessed with a rich climate. The brewer's commitment Sake is brewed by small lives. Sake is brewed by human hands. We are always attentive to the brewer's needs, talking with the raw materials, which are gifts from nature, and watching over them gently and sometimes strictly to ensure that fermentation is at its optimum. Nishi Shuzo, which led the shochu boom with its shochu "Tominohozan," has put all its heart and soul into brewing this sake, TENBU. Using the experience and techniques cultivated through shochu production, the brewery has sincerely pursued the "deliciousness" of Kagoshima's local climate. As the name of the sake means "talent bestowed from the heavens," each drop is a gem in which the spirit of the brewer resides. We hope you will enjoy this new and fascinating sake.
