About The Brewery

About The Brewery

We want to bring the climate of Kishu to you. We want to convey the charm of sake to those who are not familiar with sake. With these thoughts in mind, we created "Kido", which has a pleasant and gentle taste, by expressing the soft and clean water of Wakayama. Through sake brewing, we hope to convey the traditions and culture of Wakayama and Japan to the world. By delivering sake that is made with the highest quality, we aim to establish the culture of sake not only in Japan, but throughout the world. This is the philosophy of Heiwa Sake Brewery. At the brewery, our young brewers, whose average age is 31, are passionate about sake brewing. How can we make better sake? How can we deliver even better tasting sake? Heiwa Shuzo will continue to challenge and grow.
