The brewery has a history of 200 years and is currently run by the ninth generation heir, Kenji Hiroki. The brewery was facing bankruptcy, but Kenji Hiroki launched the Hiroki brand, which not only saved the brewery, but also gained it a great reputation among sake lovers.
Hiroki Junmai Ginjo Black Label uses the famous Yamadanishiki brewing rice, with 50% Seimai Buai and 16.5% alcohol. This sake is known for its refreshing ginjo aroma, rich fruity flavors such as peach, banana, and apricot, and soft taste.
