Day matcha, night tea.

One leaf, two rituals — a bright bowl of matcha to open the day, a calm cup to close it.

Tea keeps time with us. The same care that goes into a morning bowl of matcha can shape a quieter evening ritual with a gentler cup.

The same leaf, met at two different hours.

Morning: matcha

Whisked matcha is bright, green and lightly stimulating — the natural caffeine arrives gently, balanced by L-theanine for a calm alertness. A ceremonial grade, whisked with water just off the boil, is the clearest expression.

Evening: sencha & hojicha

As the day winds down, a soft sencha or a roasted hojicha — low in caffeine, warm and nutty — makes a fitting close. The ritual matters as much as the leaf: warm the pot, pour with attention, sit for a moment.
