Wine description
Intense ruby red color, persistent structure, salty, pleasant and embracing. The scent of violets, vanilla, cocoa, menthol and spice tobacco.
About the wine
Made from Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon, Guerriero Nero is aged in French oak barrels for ten months and then for six to eight months more in the bottle before being released for sale.
The dark ruby red Guerriero Nero delights with fragrant dark fruits such as ripe black plums, cherries and black currants, with a hint of violet and vanilla, cocoa, mocha, tobacco and menthol. The palate shows the full juiciness of the fruit alongside woody spice and fine, structured tannins and acidity.
