A rich Japanese lemon sour base made with Sicilian lemon juice and lemon-infused liquor.

It has a bold lemon aroma, refreshing citrus acidity and a clean vodka-based finish.

Simply mix with ice and chilled sparkling water to create a Japanese-style lemon sour.

Kobe Kyoryuchi Strong Sparkling Water

A crisp and strongly carbonated Japanese sparkling water.

Made with water and carbon dioxide only, with no sugar, no calories and no sweeteners.

Ideal for making lemon sours, highballs, fruit sodas, Calpis soda, cocktails and mocktails.

Captain Sweetened Lemon Syrup

A Japanese concentrated lemon syrup with refreshing sweet-and-tangy citrus flavor.

Suitable for lemon soda, iced tea, sparkling water, cocktails, highballs, desserts and baking.

Captain Uji Matcha Syrup

A smooth Japanese matcha syrup with a sweet and aromatic green tea flavor.

HOW TO MAKE A JAPANESE LEMON SOUR

Step 1:
Fill a glass with plenty of ice.

Step 2:
Pour in Sapporo Koime Lemon Sour Base.

Step 3:
Top with chilled Kobe Kyoryuchi Strong Sparkling Water.

Step 4:
Stir gently and enjoy.

Adjust the amount of sparkling water according to your preferred strength.

For extra freshness, add a lemon slice or lemon peel.

HOW TO MAKE CAPTAIN SPARKLING DRINKS

Step 1:
Fill a glass with ice.

Step 2:
Add 1 part Captain Syrup.

Step 3:
Add approximately 3 parts Kobe Kyoryuchi Strong Sparkling Water.

Step 4:
Stir gently and enjoy.

Recommended Syrup Mixing Ratio:

1 Part Captain Syrup + 3 Parts Sparkling Water

LEMON SODA

Mix Captain Sweetened Lemon Syrup with Kobe Kyoryuchi Strong Sparkling Water and ice.

Optional: Add fresh lemon slices.

YUZU SODA
