Colour; Deep Chestnut. Aroma; Robust aroma of treacle and sticky toffee pudding, beeswax and pecan pie with blood orange fruit notes and a hint of sangria. Taste; First sips envelop the tongue in sweet, syrupy molasses with a potent hit of Pedro Ximenez, morello cherries and intense, dark chocolate which melds with creme brulee, dates, cinnamon and leather, followed by dried thyme. Finish; Long, sumptuous, sweet finish with traces of sherry.
