About Tsurumi Brewery
Tsurumi Sake Brewery is located in Tsushima, Owari, known as "Nobunaga's Kitchen", and has a 148-year history.
While retaining the traditional handmade qualities of Tsushima, the brewery has skillfully adopted modern quality control and is committed to producing mellow, high-quality sake with the flavor of rice.
Daiginjo 'Sansou' is made of Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture , the highest grade of sake rice, with a milling ratio of 40% and brewed slowly at a strictly controlled low temperature. Aromatic. Beautiful flavor with almost no off-flavors.
Rice used: 100% Yamanashi rice from Hyogo's Special A district.
Rice polishing ratio: 40%.
