About The Brewery

Ihee Nakaya, who fell in love with the famous water of Hakushu, founded the company in 1750 (Edo Kan'ei 3). Since then, local rice, water, and people have transformed Hakushu's famous water into the fresh and famous sake "Shichiken.

The brewery is located in Daihara-juku on the old Koshu-kaido road, where the old townscape still remains.

Try a sip of Hakushu water. It fits in your mouth. It is surprisingly sharp and pleasantly sharp. In the process of making this sake, we set the goal of "making sake that embodies the local Hakushu water.
