Haneya Junmai Ginjou Kirabi Nama Genshu Japanese Sake 720ml 16%

Rated 4.7 Stars (465 reviews)

This is Haneya's standard product. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a mild, juicy flavor. On the other hand, the aftertaste is bitter and sharp, making it a sake you will never get tired of drinking.

About The Brewery

About The Brewery

Founded in 1916, we are a four-season brewery that brews sake throughout the year. The brewery brews sake every day based on the ideal of "brewing all sake with the same amount of time and effort as daiginjo. The name "Fubikiku" was given by the head priest of the family temple, and it expresses the desire for sake to be "as fragrant and beautiful as chrysanthemums," a representative sake of Toyama. Since its establishment, we have been striving to produce a representative sake of Toyama that lives up to the name "Fumikiku". As a local sake of Toyama, we are dedicated to brewing sake that makes the most of Toyama's rich natural environment. Toyama Prefecture is a treasure trove of famous water, with a total of eight sites selected as one of the 100 best water sources in the Showa and Heisei eras.
