Create refreshing Japanese-style fruit vinegar drinks and agar jelly desserts at home.

This bundle includes Kantenpapa Kanten Cook Granulated Agar Agar together with five popular Mizkan Fruity Vinegar Concentrate flavors.

Use the Mizkan fruit vinegar concentrates to make refreshing drinks with water, sparkling water, milk, soy milk or oat milk. You can also use them to create colorful Japanese-style agar jelly desserts.

The Kantenpapa granulated agar agar is made from seaweed and is easy to measure and dissolve in hot water. It is suitable for making fruit jelly, coffee jelly, milk kanten, pudding, water yokan and other chilled desserts.

Each Mizkan Fruity Vinegar bottle is a 6-times concentrated drink base. Simply mix 1 part concentrate with 5 parts water, soda water or milk according to your preferred taste.

Kantenpapa Kanten Cook Granulated Agar Agar

A convenient Japanese granulated agar agar made from seaweed.

The granulated format is easy to measure and dissolves easily in hot water.

One level teaspoon is approximately 1g, allowing you to adjust the amount based on your recipe and preferred texture.

Use it to make fruit jelly, coffee jelly, milk kanten, pudding, matcha jelly, water yokan and other sweet or savory dishes that require a firm, clean-setting texture.

Mizkan Fruity Vinegar Apple Cider Vinegar Yuzu Honey

A refreshing apple cider vinegar drink concentrate blended with Japanese yuzu juice and honey.

It offers a bright citrus aroma, gentle sweetness and a refreshing sweet-and-tart taste.

A fruity apple cider vinegar drink concentrate with aromatic Shine Muscat grape flavor.

HOW TO MAKE A FRUITY VINEGAR DRINK

Add 1 part Mizkan Fruity Vinegar Concentrate to a glass.

Add 5 parts chilled water, sparkling water, milk, soy milk or oat milk.

Stir well and enjoy.

Recommended Mixing Ratio:

1 Part Fruit Vinegar Concentrate + 5 Parts Water, Sparkling Water or Milk

For a refreshing fruit vinegar soda, add ice and chilled sparkling water.

For a smoother drink, mix with cold milk, soy milk or oat milk.

HOW TO MAKE FRUITY VINEGAR AGAR JELLY

Step 1:
Prepare approximately 500ml of water.

Step 2:
Add the required amount of Kantenpapa Granulated Agar Agar.

Step 3:
Heat while stirring continuously until the agar agar granules are fully dissolved.

Step 4:
Bring the mixture to a boil according to your preferred recipe.

Step 5:
Turn off the heat.

Step 6:
Add your preferred Mizkan Fruity Vinegar Concentrate after turning off the heat.

Step 7:
Stir gently, then pour the mixture into dessert cups, bowls or molds.

Step 8:
Allow the jelly to set, then chill before serving.

Step 9:
Serve with fresh fruit, yogurt, whipped cream, ice cream or additional fruit vinegar syrup if desired.

IMPORTANT PREPARATION TIP

Fruit vinegar concentrates are acidic.

For the best agar jelly result, dissolve and boil the agar agar in water first. Add the fruit vinegar concentrate only after turning off the heat.

Do not boil the fruit vinegar concentrate together with agar agar, as acidity may affect the setting result.
