x酿造此酒的大米，采用与当地农户签约种植的优质酒米“丰梅米”作为曲米，采用适合酿酒的青森县代表性大米“花吹雪”作为高级米，在自家内部进行精心研磨和抛光，然后放入酒瓶中发酵，加入大量酒糟以封存二氧化碳气体。
用大量尾料酿造，以表现严寒之地弘前天空中飞舞的雪花，创造出口味浓郁的浊酒。在即将到来的季节，它与火锅等菜肴完美搭配。请与大家一起享用。
米类 : 东洋白米 (Koji)、花吹雪米 (Kake)

酒精含量：16% 这是日本酒“后海”。
名字的由来是“后海麦”，是一种用于酿酒的大米。
这是青森县农业实验所于1976年（昭和51年）开发的一种适合在该地区种植日本酒的酿酒米。
“后海”这个名字的由来，是浓酒的意思。它来自于津轻氏族祖先为信先生在战斗中激励士兵奋勇拼搏的一首歌。
这也是现在津轻著名的民歌“逢乙夜祭”。
受“后海武士”的幽默和他的胜利的影响，这种酒被命名为“后海”，发音与“Hou-Hai”相同。
我们是唯一一家用“后海米”酿造日本酒的酿酒厂。
这是我们的缘分，我们给它命名，所以我们要好好珍惜。
本酒厂采用邻近农户精心采摘的“丰拜舞”、“花吹雪”和“花恋”，占整体的80%。
其余分别是兵库县西胁市的“山田锦”和“山田保”以及秋田县绪方村的“龟尾锦”和“美里锦”。
关于酿酒过程中非常重要的酿酒厂用水，全部取自我们酿酒厂后面的岩木山的潜流水。
值得庆幸的是，新鲜的水从我们啤酒厂的水井中涌出。
我们拥有丰富的大米、水、自然环境以及支持我们酿酒厂的人们。

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
