About The Brewery
 
"Shirakabe Kura" is a brewery that combines both new facilities that reproduce traditional handcrafting principles and, in contrast, sake brewing that is done almost entirely by hand, focusing mainly on junmai and ginjo sake, which are made through a delicate process.
